Room Rate:

1/1/08 to 31/12/08:

Double Occupancy £30 pppn
Single Occupancy £45 pppn

We keep to the same tariff throughout the year.

Deposits Required:

For stays of one or two nights, full payment at the time of booking.

If staying three or more nights, £50 at the time of booking.

Discount:

Bookings of more than seven nights made directly and not through a third party, will receive a discount of 5%.

Cheques:

Should be made payable to Kerrowkeil Guest House.

Other Services:

Laundry, washed and dried but not ironed, can be done for you when the machines are not required for the business.
A six pound (3kg) load will cost £7.50.

An iron and ironing board are available free of charge for the first half an hour of each use and at £1.50 per hour or part of an hour after that.

 

Terms & Conditions:

Booking forms will be sent out as soon as requested and should be completed and returned, with the deposit, as soon as possible.

A minimum booking of 7 nights is required for TT and Grand Prix.

In the event of more than one application being received for the same period the first completed booking form received will be confirmed and all others will have their deposit cheques returned.

The balance of monies due is required on the day of arrival either in cash for stays of less than 5 nights or in cash or by cheque for longer periods.

Because cancellation of a booking will lead to loss of your deposit we strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.

Rooms will be ready for occupation by 3.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

We have a strict no smoking policy throughout the house and gardens.

As we have extensive water features in the garden we are unable to accept bookings for children under the age of eleven.

Under normal circumstances our dogs have the free run of the public areas of the house except when food is being prepared or served. Please advise us if this will be a problem in which case we will endeavour to keep them out of your way.
